First stop was Mingun, where we had already been. It wasn’t a big problem for us, as we were happy to stay on board and watch the traffic on the river, the beach, etc. People came back, and we got to know the others – the French group was from Bordeaux, two hours away from where we live, and two other couples were from Vichy. We watched the sun set, and took lots of pictures before going in for dinner.

After dinner there was an exhibition of traditional Myanmar dancing from a local arts group. Interesting, but a little goes a long way. A look at the stars, and then to bed.
